اگرمیزان آشنایی شما با هنر چوب و رزین اپوکسی کم است . مقاله زیر نگاهی اجمالی به تمام موارد مطرح در این هنر دارد . لذا توصیه میکنیم آنرا مطالعه فرمائید .

در این مقاله فقط به چوب می پردازیم . چون در ساخت قطعات کوچک و برزگ چوب و رزین اپوکسی اهمیت زیادی دارد .
بدیهیست سایر کاربردهای آن در حوصله این نوشتار نمیباشند .
از طرفی در مقالات رزین چیست ؟ و چسب رزین چیست ؟ بطور مفصل و کافی به جزئیات رزین اپوکسی پرداخته ایم .
کره زمین بعد از آبهای شور و شیرین ، سنگ و خاک مملو از گیاهان و درختان است . درختان منابع چوب جهان هستند .
البته برداشت بی رویه و عملکرد سودجویان و فرصت طلبان ،متاسفانه موجب نابودی برخی گونه های باارزش شده است .
بشر نیازهای اولیه خود از جمله : ساخت سلاح برای شکار ، ساخت سرپناه ، ظروف غذا و امثالهم را از چوب درختان تامین کرد .
و این روند همچنان تا به امروز ادامه دارد .
انسان مواد زیادی کشف ، و بجای چوب در وسعت زیادی بکار برد ،که اغلب آنها از چوب هم بهترند . ولی هیچ کدام قادر نبودند که جایگزین چوب شوند .
فیزیک چوب :
چوب ، به طور مختصر در مقاله آموزش کار با چوب و رزین اپوکسی توضیح داده شده است. در این نوشتار به جزئیات بیشتر ، و به صورت تخصصی به آن می پردازیم .
منابع چوب که همان درختان میباشند ، از نظر فیزیکی ویژگیهای منحصر بفردی دارند .
اول شکل ظاهری درختان است ، که از نقطه نظر نوع و اندازه برگها ، ارتفاع و قطر تنه ، شکل و وسعت شاخه ها تنوع بیشماری دارند .
دوم ویژگی مقاطع طولی و عرضی درختان است . نکات کلیدی در شناخت چوب در این بخش نهفته است .
از مرکز مقطع عرضی به سمت بیرون ، مغز ، چوب ، لایه زاینده و پوست قابل روئیت است .
قسمت چوب یک لایه ضخیم حلقوی میباشد ، که در کنار سلولهای زاینده قرار گرفته اند .این حلقه های متحدالمرکز با گذشت هر یک سال از عمر درخت ، یک لایه بیشتر میشوند ، و شمارش آنها تعیین کننده سن درخت است .
مقطع عرضی در نهالها به رنگ روشن میباشد ، و هرچه سن بالاتر میرود رنگ تیره با نقوش مختلف شکل میگیرد .پوست محافظت درخت را بعهده دارد . و از سلولهای مرده و پیر تشکیل شده اند .
قابلیت حرارتی چوب بسیار کم است .ولی گرمای ویژه آن بالا میباشد . به همین دلیل در مقابل تابش خورشید بر خلاف فلزات سطح آن سوزاننده نیست .
در ضمن در دمای پائین یخ نمی زند . قابلیت تحمل فشارهای مکانیکی ، تورق ، صیقل پذیری ، سازگار با پوشش های رنگی و ایجاد گرما در زمان سوختن از دیگر خصوصیات این ماده با ارزش میباشد .
شیمی چوب :
ماده اصلی چوب سلولز است . ۴۰ تا ۴۵ در صد چوب خشک را سلولز تشکیل میدهد. گلوکزی که در سلولوز وجود دارد ، باعث پیوند های هیدروژنی بین ملکولی شده ، و موجب مقاومت چوب در مقابل حلالها گردیده است .
بقیه مواد چوب شامل آب ، اسیدهای رزینی ، ترینوئیدها ، مواد فنلی ، چربی ، مواد کانی و برخی فلزات میباشند .
مواد شیمایی مختلفی از چوب استخراج میشود مانند تربانتین ، دوزین و غیرو که از بحث ما خارج هستند .
منابع و انواع چوب :
عصر یخبندان ، حدود یازده هزار سال پیش در دوران سوم زمین شناسی ، جنگلهای زیادی کلآ نابود شدند . و در برخی از نقاط کره زمین آسیبهای جدی رخ داد.
خوشبختانه جنگلهای شمال ایران فقط آسیب دیدند ، و برخی گونه ها جان به در بردند .
جنگلها عمده ترین منابع تولید چوب هستند ، علی رغم خصلت تجدید پذیری جنگلها و درختان این منابع شدیدآ آسیب پذیرند .
البته دولتها نظارت خود بر منابع چوب را جدی تر گرفته اند . همچنین سازمانهایی مآموریت دارند برای حفظ و تکثیر گونه های کمیاب و رو به انقراض تلاش کنند .
بعنوان نمونه چوب سرخدار را میتوان نام برد . ولی متاسفانه سودجویان دست بردار نیستند ، و بشکل غیر قانونی منابع آنرا بریده و بصورت قاچاق در بازار سیاه عرضه میکنند .
یکی دیگر از مواردی که به این سرمایه ملی لطمه میزند . متاسفانه فرهنگی میباشد ، مردم بومی نزدیک جنگلهایی که زیست گاه درختان سرخدار میباشند . بعلت سمی بودن ، برگهای این درختان ، برای دامهایشان ، اقدام به بریدن ، کندن و نابودی نهالهای این گونه کمیاب و با ارزش مینمایند .
از طرفی گل فروشیها بعلت زیبایی و همیشه سبز بودن برگهای سوزنی این درختان ، آنها را در ساخت دسته گل بکار میبرند .
قلیان سازها و امثالهم نیز ، که برایشان ده ها گونه مناسب و مجاز وجود دارد . از عوامل دیگر نابودی این گونه کمیاب و رو به انقراض میباشند .
البته از نظارت در حفظ آنها توسط نهادهای مسئول هم باید تشکر کرد . ولی اقدامات آنها به تنهایی کافی نیست .
(هنرجوی عزیز ، خواهشمند است ، برای استفاده در ساخت قطعات چوب و رزین ، مصرف کننده چوبهای کمیاب و قاچاق نباشید . آنچه ما نیاز داریم از نقطه نظر نقش ، زیبایی و استحکام در انواع مجاز موجود است .با رعایت این نکته در حفظ منابع و جلوگیری از نابودی آنها سهیم شوید.)
منبع جدیدی برای چوب :
یکی از اولین موادی که بشر برای رفع نیازهایش شناخت ، و استفاده کرد . درختان و چوبشان بود .
و مهمتر اینکه تا امروز جایگزینی برایش یافت نشده است . ویژگی های این ماده با ارزش ، باعث گسترش روز افزون مصرف آن گردیده است .
بدیهیست چنین ماده ایی باید حفظ و تکثیرش گسترش یابد .
دولتها برنامه های زیادی در رابطه با جایگزین درختانی که بریده میشوند دارند . ولی جوابگو نیستند . اخیرآ متولیان امور جنگل و مرتع ، اقدام با ارزشی در ایران انجام داده اند . و آن توسعه کشت درختانی از گونه پائولونیا میباشد . که جای قدردانی دارد . برای آشنایی بیشتر مختصرآ به آن می پردازیم .
درخت پائولونیا:
این درخت بومی کشور چین است . و به درخت پولساز معروف شده . ویژگی مهم این درخت کاربرد برگ و شکوفه هایش در تهیه خوراک دام و پرورش زنبور عسل میباشد .
همچنین سریع الرشد بودن و سازگاری با تمام مناطق سردسیری و گرمسیری خصوصیت بارز دیگر این گونه از درختان است .
از طرفی ویژگی رشد آن موجب تولید چوب فراوان در زمانی کوتاه میباشد .
این درخت در سن پنج سالگی پانزده متر ارتفاع و ۳۰ تا ۴۰ سانتیمتر قطردارد. و مقدار چوب مفید و قابل برداشتش بین ۳ تا ۵ متر مکعب است ، با توجه به قیمت هرمترمکعب چوب ، پولساز بودن این درخت بلاشک قطعی میباشد .
در ضمن کیفیت چوب این درخت علی رغم سبک بودن از سختی مناسبی برخوردار است . و برای ساخت قطعات چوب و رزین نیز مناسب میباشد .
از نظر فیزیکی چون به سهولت خشک میشود وترک بر نمی دارد ، قابلیت عملیات نجاری دارد و میتوان از آن ورقه های نازک برای صنعت روکش و تخته لایه ایی تهیه کرد .در صنعت مبلمان و دکوراسیون نیز کاربرد رو به افزایش دارد .

فورتونی و الونگاتا دو گونه از این درخت هستند ، که گونه الونگاتا بعلت تحمل منفی ۲۵ درجه و مقاومت بالا در گرما ، قابلیت رشد در همه جا را دارد . در خاتمه متولیان کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی کشور مدتی است که در رواج کشت آن فعال هستند .
انواع چوبهایی که مناسب استفاده در رزین اپوکسی میباشد :
علاوه بر چوب پائولونیا که برای ساخت قطعات با رزین اپوکسی مناسب است . چوبهای محکم ، زیبا و خوش نقش بسیاری دیگر ، وجود دارد . لگنا پیشنهادش براساس چوبهای مناسبی میباشد ، که مجاز و در بازار داخلی به سهولت قابل تهیه است . و در زیر به مهمترین انواع آنها می پردازیم :
چوب کوکوبولو :
این چوب یکی از چوبهای متنوعیست که بصورت وارداتی در بازار ایران وجود دارند . چوبی گران قیمت و به همین علت کمیاب است . ولی به لحاظ ویژگیهای منحصر بفردش ، جهت آشنایی علاقمندان به شرح آن می پردازیم .
این چوب بومی امریکای جنوبی خصوصآ مکزیک است .این چوب در حلقه چوبی خود ، در لایه بیرونی زرد رنگ ، و به سمت مرکز به قهوه ایی تیره با رگه های قرمز منتهی میشود . شیارهای طولی نیز از همین آرایش رنگی برخوردار است . تا اینجا با چوبهای عناب ، گردو و چند گونه دیگر تفاوت فاحشی ندارند . ولی موارد زیر از ویژگیهای این چوبها میباشند .
– چوب تازه بریده شده ، رطوبت اشباع شده دارد . به نحوی که مثل بریدن سر یک جانور خونریزی میکند . شیره خارج شده معطر با بوی خاص که در صنعت عطر جایگهی دارد .
– همه چوبها بعلت وزن مخصوصشان در آب شناورند . ولی برخی انواع این گونه استثناء این قاعده است . و دارای وزن مخصوص ۰٫۸۹ تا ۱٫۱۰ میباشد . بدیهیست روی آب نمی ماند و غرق میشود .
– شیره ای که در درون این چوب موجود است ، سرشار از نوعی نفت و چربیست . که آنرا در مقابل آسیب حشرات و پوسیدگی مقاوم و طول عمر سازه های آنرا افزایش میدهد .
– از نظر ایمنی برای کارکردن با این چوب ، خصوصآ تازه و مرطوب آن باید توجه داشته باشید . ترشحات آن نیمه سمی و در مواردی ایجاد آلرژی شدید میکند . لذا در کار با این چوب حتی خشک آن باید در حین برش ، سابیدن و پرداخت موارد حفاظتی و ایمنی را رعایت کرد .
– ابعاد درختان بالغ این گونه ۱۴ تا ۱۸ متر در طول و ۵۰ تا ۶۰ سانتیمتر در قطر میباشد .
– صیقل پذیری و پرداخت نهایی این چوب در حد بی نظیر است . بدیهیست سازه هایی که نیاز به صیقل عالی نظیر زیورآلات دارند . باید بهای بالایی برایشان پرداخت شود .
– این چوب در دسته فوق سخت قرار دارد . بدیهیست در برش ، ساب و ایجاد نقش روی آن ، کار بیشتر و ابزار قوی تر نسبت به سایر چوبها لازم است .
این چوب در ساخت سازه های بسیار مرغوب و گرانقیمت کاربرد دارد . از جمله دکوراسیون کاخها و منازل ثروتمندان ، زیورآلات چوبی یا چوب و رزین اپوکسی ، آلات و ادوات با کیفیت موسیقی و امثالهم .
چوب آبنوس :
درخت آبنوس سیاه رنگ است . چوب معطر و خوش بویی دارد . یکی از ویژگیهایش تآخیر در رشد است . زمانیکه به هر دلیل شرایط نا مساعد باشد ، رشدش متوقف و سپس ادامه میدهد .
رنگ چوب آن زرد ، قهوه ایی و سیاه است و در مقابل اکسیژن هوا تیره تر میشوند .
این چوب گرانبهاترین جوب چهان است . و پادشاهان برای تخت شاهی و تزئینات و مبلمان کاخها آنرا بکار میبردند .
این چوب در دسته بندی سخت قرار داره و قابلیت تراش و ساب و صیقلی شدنش بسیار عالی میباشد .
پیپ ،چوب سیگار ، بافور ، مجسمه و زیورآلات چوبی مرغوب از این ساخته میشوند . برای کار چوب با رزین اپوکسی بسیار مناسب است .
چوب گردو :
درخت گردو در اغلب نقاط جهان کشت میشود . مرغوبترین گونه خوراکی آن بومی ایران است .
این گونه توسط انگلیسیها به اروپا و از آنجا به امریکا برده شد . و بتدریج در آسیا نیز رواج یافت .
چوب گردو در دسته چوبهای سخت قرار دارد . بعلت تراکم ملکولی و بافت ریز ، همچنین تنوع در رنگ و نقش ، قابلیت تورق ، تحمل فشار و تنشهای مکانیکی کاربرد رو به افزایشی یافته است .
که میتوان از : ساخت پارکت ، درب وپنجره مرغوب ، مبلمان و دکوراسیون ، ورقهای روکش ، ادوات موسیقی ، زیورآلات و اشیای تزئینی و غیره نام برد .
بدیهیست که برای ساخت قطعات چوب با رزین اپوکسی نیز بسیار مناسب میباشد . یکی از ویژکیهای چوب گردو وجود گره های زیاد در مقاطع عرضی آن است ،که ناشی از پر شاخه بودن درخت گردومیباشد . و این گره ها زیبایی نقوش آنرا چندین برابر کرده است .
چوب عناب :
درخت عناب یک گونه گرمسیری میباشد ، ولی در نقاط معتدل نیز کشت میشود . ایران مقام سوم را در جهان برای کشت آن دارد .
میوه اش به رنگ سبز است ، و زمانی که میرسد به قرمز عنابی تغییر رنگ میدهد .
در رنگ شناسی برای خودش جایگاهی داشته ، و قرمز عنابی معرف آن میباشد .
میوه اش خاصیت دارویی فراوان دارد . چوب عناب از تراکم بالا و بافت ریزی برخوردار است . در دسته چوبهای سخت جای گرفته ، رنگ عنابی و نقوش زیبا ، مقاومت آن در مقابل فشار و تنشهای مکانیکی از آن چوبی ساخته که کاربردهای فراوان دارد .
ساخت ادوات موسیقی ، پیپ و چوب سیگار ، مجسمه و آثار هنری ، زیورآلات و امثالهم از جمله کاربردهای آن میباشد . برای ساخت قطعات چوب با رزین اپوکسی از چوبهای مناسب و پیشنهادی لگنا است .
چوب کهور :
درخت کهور داستان جالبی برای کشور ما دارد ، که لازم است ، چون با چوب کار میکنیم ،از آن با خبر باشیم .
گونه ایرانی این درخت در مناطق فراخشک رشد میکند . ولی بومی صحاری هندوستان ، پاکستان ، افغانستان ، عربستان امارات و یمن است .
یک نمونه از آن قریب چهارصد ساله که در بیابانهای بحرین که هیچگونه نشانی از آب نیست ، رشد و زندگی میکند .
در نوارساحلی استانهای بوشهر هرمزگان ، سیستان و بلوچستان ، و جنوب استان کرمان مشاهده میشوند .
متاسفانه یک نوع کهور امریکایی در دشت خوزستان رواج یافته که خود آفت بزرگی شده است .
کهور فقط مناسب بیابانهای خشک و لم یزرع میباشد ، چون با ریشه اش که تا اعماق زمین فرو میرود ، و ساقه ایی که در سطح وسیع توسعه مییابد . تمام بافت گیاهی منطقه را تخریب ساخته و منابع آبهای زیر زمینی را تلف و شور میکند .
در صورتیکه دشت خوزستان مستعد توسعه نخلهای خرماست و چندین درخت میوه ده مهم ،که هجوم کهور به تمام آنها آسیب زده است .
لذا لازم است متولیان مربوطه خوزستان را نجات دهند ، و از سرایت بیشتر به مناطق همجوار جلوگیری نمایند .
چوب کهور نیمه سخت است . برای ساخت چوب سیگار و بافور ، قلیان ،ادوات موسیقی ،خراطی ، ابزارچوبی کشاورزی ، ساخت اشیای تزئینی ، تهیه زغال بادوام استفاده میشود .
رنگهای متنوعی از کرم روشن تا سیاه در انواع آن وجود دارد . برای ساخت قطعات چوب با رزین اپوکسی چوب مناسبی میباشد .
چوب توت سفید:
درخت توت بومی کشور چین است ، ولی قدمت آن در ایران به حدیست که میتوان آنرا بومی ایران هم به شمار آورد .
درخت فوق العاده مهم و با ارزشی میباشد .برگهایش در بهار خوراک کرم ابریشم است . در پائیز خوراک دام میشود .
میوه اش بصورت تازه و خشک شده ، ارزش غذایی بالایی دارد .بین یکصد تا یکصد و پنجاه سال رشد میکند .
در اکثر نقاط کشور کشت میگردد . چوب آن در دسته سخت قرار دارد ، سازندگان تار و سه تار ایرانی آنرا تنها چوب مورد علاقه خود میدانند . رنگش قهوه ایی روشن در جوانی و نوع مسن آن قهوه ایی تیره است .
خوش نقش و فرم پذیر میباشد . مفاوم در مقابل فشار و تنشهای مکانیکی بوده و خشکش ترک بر نمی دارد .
در معرق و خاتم سازی ، ادوات موسیقی ، ابزار کشاورزی ، خراطی ، ساخت زیورآلات و کارهای هنری کاربرد فراوان دارد . برای ساخت قطعات چوب با رزین اپوکسی بسیار مناسب ، و یکی دیگر از پیشنهادهای لگنا میباشد .
چوب چنار :
درخت چنار از درختانی میباشد که انواع مختلف آن در جهان کشت میشود . برای تزئین اماکن شهری تکثیر و در باغات و مزارع از چوب و سایه اندازیش بهره میبرند.
چوبش کرم و به تدریج تمایل به قهوه ایی پیدا میکند . در برشهای طولی آن لکه های سفید صدفی دیده میشود ، که باعث خوش نقشی آن میگردد .
در دسته چوبهای نیمه سخت قرار دارد . الیاف طولی آن باعث شده محکم و مناسب برای ساخت قطعات بزرگ گردد . در ساخت درب اماکن متبرکه کاربرد فراوان دارد .
ارتفاع ساقه بدون شاخه اش گاهی به هشت متر هم میرسد . بسیار قطور با عمر بالا بوده ، و در اغلب نقاط نمونه های کهنسال و قطور آن مشاهده میشود .
کاربردهای دیگری مانند درب و پنجره ، مبلمان ، خراطی و نجاری دارد .بسیار سازگار با رنگ و روغن است ، ولی بدلیل پرزهایی که در بافتش وجود دارد .قابلیت صیقل خوردنش پائین است .
به همین لحاظ برای تمام کارهای چوب با رزین اپوکسی مناسب نمی باشد .
سایر چوبها :
همچنانکه قبلآ توضیح دادیم . با توجه به فعالیت ما در ساخت قطعات چوب با رزین اپوکسی ، مطالب مهم و انواع مناسب در این رابطه تا اینجا توضیح داده شد .
